Three CCGs left with legal directions

Barnet, Croydon and Thurrock clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) are the final three with legal directions. 
In the fifth conditions review, NHS England revealed that only three are left with legal directions. 
And 14 – including the three listed above – have authorisation conditions. 
Barnet and Croydon CCGs have legal directions related to planning, while Thurrock CCG has legal directions related to its accountable officer appointment and its strategic leadership capacity.
