A programme to focus on new models of care within the NHS has been launched by NHS England and partners.

Set in line with the Five Year Forward View, it aims to speed up the development of new care models and create an integrated healthcare system.

Through the New Models of Care Programmehealthcare organisations are invited to work with national partners to establish new care models capable of tackling national challenges.

Expressions of interest for those wanting to get involved are being invited now. Visit The Forward View into action: Planning for 2015/16.

The deadline for submitting expressions of interest is Monday, 9 February 2015.
