A multi-agency group to review suicide cases has been launched by North Lincolnshire clinical commissioning group (CCG) together with the local trust.
The group will collect all relevant information on suicides in the area to work out how best to improve prevention and early intervention.
A complete audit of mental health services, new support approaches, working with schools to combat bullying and violence and the use of groups such as the Samaritans will all be considered by the group.

Interface opportunities for mental health and primary care will be considered until the group splits in March 2015.
And key points from the National Suicide Prevention Strategy will be used to train and provide information to the public.
Across North Lincolnshire 10 men and three women committed suicide in 2013.
Frances Cunning, council director of public health will chair the group.
She said: "It may be that people are not aware or are too ashamed to ask for help; we need to change that, find out what is causing people to feel such despair and see if there is anything that the agencies can do to prevent further deaths."
