Andy Burham hasreplaced John Healey as the Shadow Secretary of State for Health in a cabinet reshuffle.

Mr Burnhamserved as Health Secretary between June 2009 and May 2010.

Liz Kendall, one of the six 2010 intake of MPs, has also beenpromoted to the Shadow Minister for Care and Older People.

“I am determined that my Shadow Cabinet not only holds thisGovernment to account but speaks to the public and the country,” said Labour leader Ed Miliband.
